Oregon's new 1200-Z industrial stormwater permit took effect July 1. Every facility registered under it must submit a revised Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP) by November 30. We'll revise yours, check your other permits while we're on site, and submit it on time.

Some facilities also need a mass reduction certification stamped by a professional engineer. We'll tell you if yours does.
