Every Oregon 1200-Z site must submit a revised SWPCP by November 30, 2026.
1200-Z is Oregon's industrial stormwater permit. The new one took effect July 1, so every registered facility has to revise its Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP) to match. We're taking on three sites before the deadline. Sign by October 31 and your revised plan is submitted by November 30, or your fee is refunded.
